Taste an array of Park City’s High West Distillery Whiskeys paired with opulent culinary creations like Wild Bison Meatloaf, and seared Venison Medallions. The distillers will be on hand during the feast to describe the distilling process of the chosen spirits as well as answer questions about their products and their other small batch distillery processes. Not only will you be left speechless from the pairing dinner, but you will also learn a lot about whiskey and small batch distilling. This will be a self-guided discovery for the taste pallet as well as nourishment for the mind and soul. Earl’s Lodge doors open at 5:30 with a bartender chosen cocktail and chef made snacks, and the tasting begins promptly at 6:30 pm for one seating.
