Snowbasin Welcomes New Seasonal Bus Service From Ogden

Snowbasin Resort is proud to announce that we will be offering UTA public Bus service from Ogden up to our resort. Service will originate from the Transit Center in downtown Ogden. First service for skiers departs as early as 7:55 a.m. Service will leave Snowbasin as late as 4:30 p.m. Riders should consult the official schedule at www.rideuta.com for specific weekday, weekend and holiday schedules. Fare is $4.25 each way. Route connections in Weber County may be made at the following Ogden locations:

  • Ogden Transit Center, 2350 S. Wall Avenue
  • Lincoln Avenue and 24th Street
  • Grant Avenue and 26th Street
  • Washington Boulevard and 25th Street
  • Washington Boulevard and 24th Street
  • Washington Boulevard and 23rd Street
  • Washington Boulevard and 22nd Street
  • Washington Boulevard and 12th Street
  • Rainbow Gardens, 1851 Valley Drive
  • Lakeside Resort Properties, drop and ride location, 6486 Utah 39 in Huntsville
  • Chris’ Cafe Park and Ride lot, 7345 east 900 south in Huntsville

Brewmaster’s Dinner January 18th

Join Snowbasin for a delicious dining experience, with each course paired with a Uinta Brewing beer. New Terrain to Open & Lift Ticket Rates

Snowbasin is proud to announce we are open top to bottom!  You will be able to ski/ride the following trails accessed by the Needles Gondola:  Bear Hollow, Snow Shoe, School Hill, Strawberry Traverse, Porcupine Traverse, Middle Bowl Traverse, Dan’s Run and Sweat Revenge.

Snowbasin will also have Middle Bowl Triple and Little Cat lifts open for you enjoyment.  New lift ticket prices are as follows:

USSA/IMD Youth Ski League GS Race

The USSA/IMD YSL South Series comes back to Snowbasin on February 23rd. We will be hosting over 200 of the regions best youth Giant Slalom racers on City Hill. South Series Super G Race March 1st – 3rd

Once agains the South Series comes to Snowbasin with some of the best J4 and J3 racers in the region!  All Races will take place in Wildcat Bowl and can be viewed from the Old Day Lodge and Upper Parking Lot.  Come early to get a good spot because this is going to be a big event.  Here is the breakdown of the three day event:

Friday 2 Mandatory training runs in Wildcat Bowl for Boys starting at 9 am with the Girls 1st run of the SG at 1 pm.

Saturday The Boys SG runs in the morning followed by the Girls SG.

Sunday The Boys SG runs in the morning followed by the Girls SG.

Awards for both Saturday and Sunday’s Races will be held at the Huntington Room following the Races.

USSA Intermountain Masters Race Finals March 8th-10th

Snowbasin will be hosting the Jan’s Cup USSA Intermountain Master Series Finals March 8th through the 10th. Come up to see some of the most experienced racers in the local area show great form and excellence on this challenging coarse. For more information about USSA events and guidelines check HERE!

-Friday will be the Super G in Wildcat Bowl

-Saturday is the men’s and women’s GS in Wildcat Bowl. The first runs will be at 10:30 am and second run starts will begin at 1:00 pm 

-Sunday is the men’s and women’s GS in Wildcat Bowl. The first runs will be at 10:30 am and second run starts will begin at 1:00 pm 

Awards for Saturdays races will take place in the Huntington Room from 3:30 to 5.
