Thanksjibbing Rail Jam

Help the Snowbasin park crew break in the 2011.2012 Rail Garden on Saturday Nov 26th.  This is not a contest its a jam that people can sign up for throw some tricks and maybe get a prize.  Sign up in Earl’s lodge between 9:00 and 10:30 am.  The rail jam will be held between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm at the Rail Garden park in front of Earl’s Lodge.  So come to Snowbasin and have a great time getting some tricks on lock first thing this season.

Snowbasin Rail Jam July 3rd

Snowbasin will be celebrating America’s independence with a Rail Jam at Earl’s Lodge base area on July 3rd.  Open to both skiers and snowboards Snowbasin will be supported by Blindside, NEFF, LRG, and Salomon to name a few.  So get your rail set up out because we are going to have a real good time with this one!  Snowbasin will also have a BBQ and music by the Kap Brothers for your entertainment on the 3rd.(Details below)

Friday Night Lights Rail Jam First Stop Results

Snowbasin hosted their first stop of the Friday Night Lights Rail Jam series with 19 skies and 27 snowboarders participating.  Jordan Morse won the Snowboard division with a front 270 on to 180 on the rail and back 180 off.  Jessie Edge won the Ski division with an unnatural 270 on to 180 on the rail and 270 off.  Snowbasin would like to thank all the participants and sponsors.  The next stop of the series is January 14th and will feature a new rail that has not been seen yet.
