Snowbasin Resort will be hosting our annual Thanksgiving dinner at Earl’s Lodge Thursday, November 27th from 11:00 am until 5:30 pm. In addition to the traditional Thanksgiving cuisine, our award winning chefs will serve up a prime rib carving station, leg of lamb, broiled salmon, a fresh seafood station including shrimp, mussels, crab, oysters, and hour-smoked salmon and trout, and a live action crepe station. Save room for the expansive dessert table with classic favorites like pecan pie, pumpkin pie, carrot cake, and a sundae bar, as well as Snowbasin bread pudding with rum sauce and more!

Dinner begins at 11 am and ends at 5:30 pm. This event will surely sell out – so get those reservations in NOW by calling 801-620-1021. We hope you will join us!

**Reservations with credit card hold REQUIRED. $50 deposit for up to 4 people, $100 for 5-8, $150 for 9-15, $200 for 16-23, $300 for 24+ people. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit deposit.

We are revamping our summer dining with the new Dining Discovery: Explore your Cravings program. The Dining Discovery program will encompass many aspects of dining at Snowbasin Resort and include Culinary Expeditions, Cooking and Eating Classes, Mountain Top Brunches,  Burger Spa, and Spirit & Food Pairing Series.

The Dining Discovery: Culinary Expedition dinners will replace the weekly Saturday night dining at Needles Lodge, with several events throughout the summer, each with its own theme. These top of the gondola dinners are an exciting and unique experience, with live music and atmosphere to give a taste of the culture that encompasses the designated cuisine.
