Easter Sunday Brunch March 31st

Welcome the springtime in style with the annual Snowbasin Easter Buffet on Sunday, March 31st. The buffet is a pleasure to both the eye as well as the palate featuring ice sculptures and culinary items such as slow roasted top round of beef au jus, made to order omelettes, a seafood display and a holiday bread and cookie display (see the full menu HERE).

Cost for the buffet is $41 for adults, $17 for children and no charge for children 6 and under. Reservations may be made from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Seating is limited so please call for reservations at 801-620-1021.

 

 

Mother’s Day Brunch Sunday May 8th

There is no better way to celebrate Mother’s Day than to take your mom to brunch at Earl’s Lodge on Sunday, May 8th.  Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and elegance of Earl’s Lodge while dining on plates from braised lamb shank to crepes (see menu below). This grand buffet will also be complemented with live music.

Cost for the buffet is $35 for adults, $17 for children and no charge for children 6 and under. Reservations may be made from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Seating is limited so please call for reservations at 801-620-1021.

Carving Station – slow roasted top round of beef with au jus, roasted turkey breast with cranberry orange compote, roasted leg of lamb with minted bordelaise, mashed potatoes with gravy

Hot Line – Eggs Benedict, handmade cheese blintz with mixed berry compote, fresh bacon and maple link sausage, stuffed chicken breast with mushroom duxelles over rice pilaf with marsala sauce, grilled salmon filet on vegetable ragout, classic potatoes O’Brien

Celebrate Easter and the season of new beginnings with your family at Snowbasin. Join us (and the Easter Bunny) for a spectacular buffet in Earl’s Lodge (at the base) with seating from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.  You won’t want to miss the children’s Easter Egg Hunt in Wildflower Meadow infront of the Grizzly Center at 11 a.m.   Adults $39.50 – Children six to twelve years $20 – Under six Free

Award Winning Dining Options at Snowbasin

snowbasin_full_moon_1552When summer temperatures begin scorching the valley floors, the climate at Snowbasin hits its summer stride of perfection. Enjoy scenic beauty and a variety of dining options at Snowbasin this summer.

Dine at the Cinnabar Lounge in Earl’s Lodge on Saturdays from 11 am – 5pm, with a full bar menu. Or try an elevated dining experience with plated selections and specials from the menu at Needles Lodge every Saturday from 5 pm – 9pm.  A Sunday brunch buffet is also offered at Needles Lodge from 10 am – 2 pm.  Join us in Wildflower Meadow every Sunday beginning June 28th for a BBQ beginning at 1pm, with live music from 2pm – 6pm. (No outside food or beverages please.) Bring your blank or lawn chairs for festival seating on the lawn. Limited tables available.

To compliment your outdoor adventure, drinks and snacks are available in Needles Lodge on Saturday afternoon. Gourmet picnic basket options are also available, but must be ordered 24-hours in advance. Please call (801) 620-1048.
