Dark Sky Martian Stargazing with Ogden Astronomical Society

Join us for dark sky stargazing with the Ogden Astronomical Society – a rare opportunity to view the stars from the top of Snowbasin Resort! You might even get the chance to see a martian!

Alien costume contest and live entertainment from Voodoo Productions – Electro-Men, Umbrella Girls, LED Hula Dancers, and more surprises!

Food available inside Needles and outside on the Needles Patio a la carte.

The Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey Dinner features hors d’ oeuvres and a four-course dinner paired with Bulleit Bourbon whiskeys. Taste an array of Bulleit Bourbon whiskeys paired with opulent culinary creations and listen to Hollis Bulleit describe her family’s distillery process.

The Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey Dinner is at Earl’s Lodge on Friday, November 14th at 6pm and is $65 per person, which includes a complimentary whiskey glass and stainless steel flask.

Culinary Expedition: Indian Cuisine

‘Raks Sharki’ dancers will serenade and mystify the audience with enchanting dance and music.  Entertainers will use fire and swords to add an element of danger to the performance while still remaining elegant.  The dancers will perform from 7pm-9pm during the Culinary Expedition.

The Dining Discovery: Indian Culinary Expedition is $70 per person. Culinary Expedition: Farm-to-Table Dining

Take a culinary expedition of Northern Utah’s locally sourced food, designed and prepared by the Snowbasin culinary team in four courses. Talk with the purveyors of these delicious local items and discuss why local is better!

The menu will include a local cheese plate from Gold Creek Farms in Kamas, Utah, Smoked Duck Breast Glazed with Slide Ridge Honey and salt harvested from the Great Salt Lake, Mountain Valley Trout from Smithfield, Utah, a Yak, Apple & Gorgonzola Meatloaf with spicy bourbon peach glaze with Yak from Yakety Yak Farm in Huntsville, Utah, and more. All produce will be sourced from local farm stands and Borski Farms in Kaysville, Utah. Purveyors include Borski’s Farm Produce, Morgan Valley Lamb, Fog River Salmon, Beehive Cheese, Gold Creek Cheese, Daily Rise Coffee Co., Lehi Roller Mills, Creminelli Fine Meats, and Cox Honey Farms.

Culinary Expedition: Wine Maker’s Dinner with Iron Gate Wines

Part of our Culinary Expedition: Spirit & Food Pairings, the first Wine Maker’s Dinner will feature Iron Gate Wines from Utah. This is a unique opportunity to learn about wine from the person who knows them best, the wine maker.

The meal is perfectly paired with a flight of wine, expertly chosen by the wine maker himself. The meal includes hors d’oeuvres while meeting the wine maker, a presentation of the wine flight by the wine maker, followed by a four course dinner paired with the wine.
