Snowbasin’s Free Guided Tours!

On a Snowbasin guided tour you can learn about what the resort has to offer during the summer.  Discover Snowbasin’s extensive history, the science of snowmaking, or see what wildlife comes out when all the snow melts.   Meet your tour guide every Saturday and Sunday at 1pm at the Moose in front of Earl’s Lodge from June 22nd through September 29th.  Come join Snowbasin for the chance to learn and experience our summer fun and deep history. Best of all its FREE!

*Bring hiking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, snacks and water. Tours last from 1-4 hours. Tours in the base do not require a gondola ticket.

Tour Of The Cirques

Come prepared because were going to the top! Hike from the top of Needles Gondola to the ridge and then from there to either Strawberry Peak or Mount Ogden Peak and then back to the Needles Gondola. This strenuous hike will give you a bird’s eye view of both the Ogden and Salt Lake Valleys.

Difficulty: Strenuous

Duration: 3-4 hours

(On mountain activity. Lift ticket is required.)

Sunday Brunch at Needles Lodge

No better way to treat yourself then to join us for Sunday Brunch on the Mountain.  Located in Needles Lodge just a short ride up the Needles Gondola, at almost 9000’ your brunch backdrop will be sprawling views of Morgan, Ogden Valley and Pineview Reservoir. With the new addition of our Pastry Station mixed in with our always impressive “made to order” crepes and carving station, just to name a few,  you will make this weekend adventure a tradition just as we have. Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band with Bullets & Belles

Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band comes to Snowbasin Resort to play a FREE outdoor concert on the Patio of Earl’s Lodge as part of our Blues, Brews, & BBQ Sunday Concert Series on September 1st.  This heavy road touring band offers a mix of  Blues and Americana with a touch of hillbilly guaranteeing an amazing stage presence and performance. Opening is Bullets & Belles out of Salt Lake City offering a Neo-Doo-Wop-Folk feel that will leave you wanting more. Bullets & Belles will start at 12:00 pm with the Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band stepping on stage at 3:00 pm.

No dogs or outside food on Earl’s Patio please. State law prohibits outside alcohol
