You will not need a ski pass to watch the Dew Tour - foot passengers can ride the Little Cat lift to the viewing area free of charge. You can find the schedule of events at the link below. To summarize quickly, Thursday will be a practice day, Friday will be prequalifying for both halfpipe and slopestyle, Saturday will be halfpipe finals, and Sunday will be slopestyle finals. Here's the link to the schedule: http://www.allisports.com/winter-dew-tour/event/toyota-championship-2011/info/event-info

The Little Cat lift will be running from 9 a.m. until the events are over, but it will be free for foot passengers only. You can buy a Little Cat only lift ticket if you want to take your board up to the viewing area.

I heard there will be a free lift open for spectators, and they may bring there boards to ride over to a viewing area? If so, what are the hours the lift will be open? Thanks

Is there a schedule for the events that will be taking place this weekend. Also will I need to purchase a ski pass for the day to see the events?

The Mega Pass includes a meet and greet with the athletes and premium viewing at the base of the event. There is no Action Pass available this year.

The Dew Tour is a very fun event for us, and we do appreciate the patience of our locals during the event. We do not expect a lot of crowds on Thursday, but Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be busy. The best way to deal with parking is to arrive early to get a parking space (it starts getting busy at around 8 a.m.) or catch a shuttle ride from the Dee Events Center in Ogden or at the Olympic Parking Lot at the mouth of Weber Canyon. Last year the mountain itself wasn't very crowded during the Dew Tour, so it's great for riding and skiing.

I'm not new to Snowbasin, but new to the parking and crowd affects of the Dew Tour. How difficult will Thursday and Friday be for parking and mid-day food lines? I know I can deal with it or simply go home, but just wondering if the first two days bring the crowds, or just 1-200 with the Sat & Sunday really bringing the crowds.

Love Snowbasin, will always come back for your great hospitality and terrain!

We are very excited to consider another summer event, but no firm plans have been made at this point. Right now our focus is on making the Dew Tour Finals on Feb. 10-13 another great winter event at Snowbasin.
