We are interested in your upcoming event featuring Dwight Yoakam. We specialize in cinnamon Roasted Almonds and have been in buisness in and around the Ogden area including Weber Co fair and the Ogden Pioneer days rodeo. We cook our almonds, pecans and cashews on site. We also have a wide variety of other snacks including Churro/carmel corn nuggets, freshly popped popcorn, and a variety of candy products. We have all required permits for our type of business. We are equiped with a self contained 18′ foot concession trailer. We look forward to posibly doing business with your organization.

Music going til midnight both nights? I think this could have been better thought out.
How many times have I watched the crowd at a Deer Valley IAMA Festival pack up the blankets and head home during the headliner around 8-9:00. Midnight Sunday? I appreciate tweaking the status quo in this state, but this doesn’t make a lot of sense to me, IMNSHO. I’d like to see Dwight, but I gotta drive home to SLC and go to work the next morning. I bet there’s many others in my situation and I’m betting this affects ticket sales.

I think its great that Snowbasin is putting on a huge event. I agree with Just Wonderin’ on why the headliner is playing so late on a Sunday. My family and friends were excited to see Dwight was coming to Snowbasin, but there is just no way we could make it with it being a late venue and especially on Sunday night. It would make more sense if it was on Saturday.
I love Snowbasin and have been skiing there my whole life. Hopefully next year this country festival will be set up a little better. Its also disappointing that nobody has responded back to Just Wonderin’. Wishing Snowbasin lots of success.

I’m not surprised, or really disappointed. It’s too late at this point to do anything about it so what’s the point?
I almost wish I hadn’t posted the comment publicly, because I’d like to see the thing succeed.

Thanks for responding for me Steve! The promoter, ie concerts, worked out the schedule with the entertainers.
