The terrain is still there. It was only inbounds terrain for two seasons. Now it is out of bounds terrain again.

Since Needles Cirque and Mt Ogden Chute are OB, folks should know about snow conditions and avalanche danger before venturing into the backcountry.

Beacons, shovels and a partner are always recommended for any backcountry travel. Also an avalanche class could be very informative and useful if you haven't had one yet.

Feel free to check in with the Ski Patrol at the top of the lifts. We would be happy to talk with you anytime about boundaries, avalanche conditions or any other questions you might have.

This is a great link for your avi info http://www.avalanche.org/~uac/

Exactly! Since we didn't have gondolas in the olden days, you might want to consider the Becker/Littlecat ticket for $35! Hope you can join us!
