Snowbasin 8-10 inch 24 hour total with more on the way. Outdoor Retailer Demo Days too.
The Outdoor Retailer Demo Days were at Snowbasin today. There was quite a bit of soft stuff if you knew where to find it. Visibility was marginal, especially on Strawberry and up top. We found some great turns on the Diamond, off JP and Wildcat Bowl. LOTS MORE SNOW COMING OUR WAY!!! Break out your powder skis and hip waders because it’s coming down!

The Dew Tour was Awesome!!!
But, I have a question. When will we have more terrain parks and jumps? The little rail park has been open at the bottom but it’s getting a little old. We need some more variety and more park.
Wasn’t this the year for “Park Expansion”? I know there is enough snow up there so lets get it going. I paid almost $1,000 for my Season Pass and I got my pass with you guys solely because of all your talk abut “Park Expansion”…
Is it ever going to happen? Basically every resort in Utah has jumps built except for Snowbasin….
Pretty Pretty Please build us some jumps and expand your park!

There is still a slopestyle course with three big jumps where our intermediate park will go, and we haven’t had enough snow over on Strawberry to build the advanced park on Coyote – yet. Thank Gooodness for this last storm! We should be able to get the Coyote Bowl park rolling before long. The tram is scheduled to open this weekend as well. As we have said, we have 20 new features this year. We certainly didn’t spend the summer building them just to let them sit in the shop, and we are very excited to get them out on the mountain. Glad you enjoyed the Dew Tour!
